Well Being Partners, hosted by Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust have independent accreditation as well as strong organisational structures in place to assurance provision of the high quality of care to employing organisations as well as to staff. This includes:
- Care Quality Commission (CQC)
The CQC is the independent health and adult social care regulator in England. Our parent organisations are regularly inspected and are registered by the care quality commission to ensure that the care we provide meets government standards of quality and safety.
- SEQOHS
Well Being Partners is hosted by Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust which is fully SEQOHS accredited, a rigorous independent accreditation process endorsed by the Royal College of Physicians and the Faculty of Occupational Medicine providing assurance of the provision of safe effective quality of occupational health services
- Clinical Governance Structures
As would be expected from an NHS organisation we have robust clinical governance structures to provide the highest quality safe and effective care to your organisation and staff
We have a range of audit and assessment tools to provide a structured framework in which to proactively manage risks to health, which underpin all the services we provide.
Well Being Partners has taken part in all national audits in occupational health by the occupational health clinical effective unit of the Royal College of Physicians and is an active member of the regional NHS audit group so that you can be reassured that the service provided has gone through objective appraisal and reaches the highest clinical standards.
